Corsi Vela Ragazzi

Responsabilità: In qualità di genitore/tutore dichiaro esplicitamente di esonerare la Scuola di vela, il Circolo Velico e gli Istruttori, da qualsiasi responsabilità per fatti, danni ed altro, procurati dall’allievo a se’ stesso o a terzi, derivanti dalla partecipazione ai corsi di vela, sia a terra che in barca. Dichiaro altresì che l’allievo in questione è capace di nuotare o comunque ha una buona familiarità con l’acqua.
Si permette il trattamento dei dati personali ai sensi della legge n.675 del 31/12/1996 e, in caso di necessità, si autorizza la scuola a provvedere ad un primo intervento di pronto soccorso presso le strutture preposte.
Si autorizza il Centro Vela a fare foto e/o video, durante i corsi, ad uso esclusivo della Scuola di Vela o degli allievi stessi.

Responsibility: As a parent/guardian I explicitly declare to exempt the Sailing School, the Sailing Club and the Instructors from any liability for facts, damages and other things caused by the student to himself or to third parties, deriving from participation in the sailing courses, both on land and by boat. I also declare that the student in question is capable of swimming or in any case has a good familiarity with water.
The processing of personal data is permitted pursuant to law n.675 of 12/31/1996 and, in case of necessity, the school is authorized to provide first aid at the designated facilities.
The Sailing Center is authorized to take photos and/or videos during the courses, for the exclusive use of the Sailing School or the students themselves.
